Complimentary Shipping — United States

Every Hetzler order ships complimentary within the United States. No minimums, no conditions.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. For international orders, shipping costs along with all applicable duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. What you pay at checkout is the final amount. There are no surprise charges, no unexpected fees upon delivery, and no customs bills waiting at your door. Your piece arrives clean.

The Hetzler Standard

No Hetzler watch leaves our hands until it has been individually assembled, regulated, and inspected personally. Every component is fitted by hand. Every movement is tested. Every detail is verified before your watch is packaged and sent to you. This is not a warehouse operation. This is a craft.

Processing & Fulfillment

Because every watch is hand assembled after your order is placed, please allow 14 to 18 business days for your piece to be built, inspected, and shipped. You will receive a tracking confirmation by email the moment your order is on its way.

Estimated Delivery

Once shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

United States: 5 to 10 business days Europe: 7 to 14 business days Australia & New Zealand: 8 to 14 business days Rest of World: 10 to 20 business days

Delivery windows are estimates and may vary due to carrier or customs processing timelines outside our control.
