Every watch that comes back to us is repaired by the same hands that built it. The same inspection standard applies. The same care goes into every service as went into the original assembly. Your watch leaves our hands right or it does not leave at all.

Movement issues and timekeeping problems. Bracelet and clasp mechanisms. Crown function and caseback seal integrity. Dial and hand alignment. A cracked or damaged crystal. Any defect in materials or assembly at any point during ownership. If something is not performing the way it should, that is enough. Contact us.

Email support@hetzlerwatches.com with your order number, your serial number, and a description of the issue. We respond personally within 24 hours. Return shipping instructions will be provided and we cover the cost of return shipping on all service. You will not pay anything to have your watch made right.

This guarantee covers anything that affects how your watch functions: movement issues, a cracked crystal, bracelet or clasp problems, caseback or crown issues, regardless of how it happened. If your watch isn't working the way it should, we fix it. Full stop.

What it doesn't cover is the wear that comes from actually living with your watch: the small scratches a case or bracelet picks up over years on your wrist. That's not damage, that's the story of the watch being written. A Hetzler that looks lived-in is doing exactly what it was built to do.
