Every Hetzler watch is hand assembled, individually regulated, and personally inspected before it is packaged and sent to you. We do not pull watches off a shelf. Each piece is built for the person who ordered it, by hand, one at a time. That is the Hetzler standard and it does not change regardless of order volume.

Hetzler watches are powered by genuine automatic movements, the same calibers trusted by serious collectors worldwide. Full movement details are listed on each individual product page.

Water resistance varies by model and is listed on each product page. As a general rule, we recommend avoiding prolonged water exposure, swimming, or submerging any watch unless its listed water resistance rating explicitly supports it.

Each watch is regulated before shipment. Automatic movements typically run within a few seconds per day depending on how the watch is worn and stored. This is normal and expected behavior for a mechanical timepiece.

Every Hetzler watch is assigned a unique serial number at the time of assembly. That number is engraved permanently on your caseback so your watch carries its identity in the metal itself. Your certificate card includes an NFC chip tied to your specific serial number. Simply hold it to your phone to watch a short video of your exact watch being assembled by hand. Not a generic video. Yours. Your serial number also links to your permanent service record which is used for all lifetime guarantee claims.

Every Hetzler watch is covered by a lifetime service guarantee. If anything goes wrong at any point, movement issues, bracelet problems, crown or caseback concerns, or any defect in assembly or materials, send it back and we will fix it personally at no charge. No time limit. No exclusions. No questions asked. To use the guarantee, email support@hetzlerwatches.com with your order number and serial number. We handle everything from there including return shipping at our cost.

We accept cancellation requests within 24 hours of purchase. To request a cancellation, email us at support@hetzlerwatches.com with your order number and the subject line: Order Cancellation Request. We respond within 24 hours. Please note that once your watch has entered the assembly process, cancellation is no longer possible as the piece is already being built specifically for you.

Order modifications follow the same 24 hour window as cancellations. Contact us at support@hetzlerwatches.com as soon as possible with your order number and the change you need.

All orders are charged in USD. If you are ordering internationally, your bank or card provider will handle the currency conversion at their current rate.

Shipping is complimentary on all orders within the United States. International orders include all shipping costs and applicable duties and import taxes calculated at checkout. No surprise charges upon delivery.

Yes, we ship worldwide. All duties and import taxes for international orders are collected at checkout so there are no unexpected fees when your package arrives.

Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also visit our Track Your Order page at any time to check the live status of your shipment.

Tracking updates can occasionally lag, especially during international transit or customs processing. If your tracking has not updated in more than 5 business days, contact us at support@hetzlerwatches.com and we will look into it immediately.

We offer a 30 day return window from the date of delivery. Your watch must be in original, unworn condition with all original packaging and proof of purchase. To initiate a return, email support@hetzlerwatches.com.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, contact us directly.
